A most glorious season

This marks the 1,987th and last JoyAlive.net blogpost since the first one, Godless Graduation, almost 12 years ago.

Yes, I’ve come to the end of a most glorious season of my life, my evangelizing season—at least the public aspects. I’ve learned and experienced more gifts and lessons than I can recount. Each blogpost was a fresh gift of wisdom and guidance of the Holy Spirit as I grew in my capacity with new opportunities to share my faith story.

But retiring JoyAlive.net in no way means that I won’t continue sharing my faith story when I feel that familiar nudge of the Holy Spirit. You may see me share on the Facebook group Your Catholic Story now and then. And I invite you to go to that Facebook group and bless others with your testimony of how God is working in your life – healing you, answering your prayers, and teaching you to share your story.

I’ll continue to pray for all of you and please pray for me as I concentrate my energies on the needs of my family.  Remember:

Always be ready to give an explanation to anyone who asks you for a reason for your hope. (1 Peter 3:15)
