How to make
Duration : 30 minutes
- Fry the chicken until it has skin, set aside.
- Heat oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Add dried chilies, stir.
- Add chicken, stir. Add sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, pepper, stir well. Pour in a little water. Cook until done. Check the taste.
- Add spring onions and sesame oil, stir. Remove and serve.

- 400 grams Chicken Fillet, cut into large cubes
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 Onion, sliced lengthwise
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed and finely chopped
- 2 red chilies, sliced obliquely (you can also use curly chilies)
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar (or to taste)
- 100 ml Water
- 1 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 50 grams of Fried Cashew Nuts
- Extra Beef Seasoning
